Michael Graves Creamer
By Alessi
Description
Designed in 1988 by Michael Graves, this 9096 Creamer is an everyday tabletop object devised in the same vein as his iconic 9093 Kettle. For this design, Graves employed his Postmodernist visual language: the design combines influences from European and American Pop art, and pre-Columbian cultures. Made in Italy from stainless steel, the 9097 Creamer can be used to hold your favorite coffee add-on: cream, milk, half-n-half, oat or almond milk and more. Both Michael Graves and the design’s manufacturer, Alessi, have work in MoMA’s collection. The 9096 Creamer measures 1.8h x 4"diam.
